At Ghivexonklixarun, we are committed to providing exceptional gift wrapping services and ensuring your complete satisfaction. This Return Policy outlines our policies regarding service satisfaction, order modifications, cancellations, and refunds. Please read this policy carefully before placing an order for our gift wrapping services.

Due to the custom and personalized nature of our gift wrapping services, our return and refund policies differ from those for traditional retail products. Each wrapped gift is created specifically for you according to your specifications and preferences, which means traditional product returns are not applicable.

Service Satisfaction Commitment

We stand behind the quality of our work and strive to meet your expectations with every gift wrapping project. If you are not satisfied with our services, please contact us within forty-eight hours of receiving your wrapped gifts so we can address your concerns and work toward a satisfactory resolution.

Depending on the nature of your concern, we may offer to rewrap the item, provide a partial refund, or offer other appropriate remedies. We evaluate each situation individually and work with you to find a fair solution.

Order Cancellations

Cancellations Before Work Begins

If you need to cancel your order before we have begun work on your gift wrapping, you may do so for a full refund. We will confirm the cancellation and process your refund within five to seven business days.

Cancellations After Work Has Begun

If work has already commenced on your order when you request cancellation, refunds will be issued on a case-by-case basis, taking into account the materials used and labor invested. Cancellation fees may apply based on the percentage of work completed. We will provide you with a detailed explanation of any fees before finalizing the cancellation.

Bulk and Custom Orders

For bulk orders, corporate projects, and custom design services requiring significant planning, material sourcing, or advance preparation, cancellation policies may vary. Specific cancellation terms will be outlined in your order agreement or invoice. Deposits paid for custom projects are generally non-refundable once work has begun.

Order Modifications

We understand that plans and preferences may change. If you need to modify your order, please contact us as soon as possible. Modifications can typically be accommodated if we have not yet started work on your items.

Once wrapping has begun, modifications may not be possible or may incur additional charges depending on the extent of the changes requested and materials already used. We will do our best to accommodate reasonable modifications and will inform you of any associated costs before proceeding.

Pickup and Delivery Issues

Missed Pickup Appointments

Wrapped gifts must be picked up by the agreed-upon date and time. If you cannot pick up your order as scheduled, please notify us at least twenty-four hours in advance to reschedule. Wrapped gifts that are not picked up within seven days of the scheduled pickup date may incur storage fees of five dollars per day.

Items that remain unclaimed for thirty days after the scheduled pickup date may be considered abandoned. We reserve the right to dispose of abandoned items and retain all payments made. We will make reasonable efforts to contact you before taking such action.

Delivery Problems

If you experience problems with delivery, such as damage during transit or non-delivery, please contact us immediately. For deliveries handled by ghivexonklixarun, we will work to resolve the issue promptly. If delivery was arranged through a third-party service, we will assist you in filing a claim with the delivery provider.

Damage that occurs during delivery arranged by us will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis. We may offer to rewrap the item, provide a refund, or offer another appropriate remedy depending on the circumstances and extent of damage.

Quality and Workmanship Issues

We maintain high standards for all our gift wrapping work. If you believe there is a quality or workmanship issue with your wrapped gifts, please notify us within forty-eight hours of receiving your order. Quality issues may include significant tears or damage to wrapping materials, incorrect wrapping style or materials from what was ordered, or missing embellishments or elements that were part of your service package.

Upon notification of a quality issue, we will review the concern and may request photos to assess the situation. If we determine that the work did not meet our standards or your specifications, we will offer to rewrap the item at no additional charge or provide a refund for the affected items.

Items Submitted for Wrapping

Your Responsibility for Items

You are responsible for ensuring that items submitted for wrapping are in appropriate condition and properly packaged for transport to our location. We are not responsible for damage to items that are inherently fragile, improperly packaged, or already damaged when submitted to us.

While we exercise reasonable care when handling all items submitted for wrapping, Ghivexonklixarun is not liable for loss or damage to items except in cases of gross negligence on our part. We recommend that you insure valuable items independently if desired.

Unclaimed Items

All items submitted for wrapping, along with the completed wrapped packages, must be claimed within the timeframe specified in your order agreement. Items not claimed within thirty days of the scheduled pickup date may be considered abandoned and disposed of at our discretion.

Handmade Gift Creation Services

For our handmade gift creation services, where we create custom gift items in addition to wrapping them, all sales are final once the creation process has begun. Because these items are uniquely crafted for you, they cannot be resold or used for other customers.

We typically provide design consultations and may show you work-in-progress photos for custom creations. Any concerns or requested changes should be communicated during the creation process before completion.

Refund Processing

Approved refunds will be processed within seven to ten business days of approval. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase. Please note that depending on your financial institution, it may take additional time for the refund to appear in your account.

In some cases, partial refunds may be appropriate based on the specific circumstances, such as when part of an order was completed satisfactorily while another part had issues, or when materials were already used before a cancellation request.

Gift Cards and Promotional Credits

Gift cards and promotional credits issued by Ghivexonklixarun are non-refundable and cannot be redeemed for cash except where required by law. Gift cards do not expire and can be used toward any of our services. Lost or stolen gift cards cannot be replaced.

Disputes and Complaints

If you have a complaint or dispute regarding our services, we encourage you to contact us directly first so we can attempt to resolve the issue informally. We are committed to customer satisfaction and will work with you in good faith to address your concerns.

If we are unable to resolve your concern through direct communication, you may pursue formal dispute resolution through the methods outlined in our Terms of Use, including mediation, arbitration, or legal action as appropriate.
